This webinar will explore how exercise can significantly improve bone density, maintain muscle mass, and enhance overall quality of life as we age. Participants will learn about the vital role physical activity plays in preventing the natural declines that occur with aging, such as the loss of bone strength and muscle mass. These changes can lead to reduced mobility, balance issues, and a lower quality of life, particularly in women, who may experience additional challenges during and after menopause.

We will discuss the benefits of regular exercise, focusing on activities that strengthen bones and muscles, helping to prevent conditions like osteoporosis and sarcopenia (the loss of muscle mass). The session will provide practical advice on how to incorporate effective exercises at different stages of life, highlighting the importance of starting early and staying active.

By the end of the webinar, attendees will have a clear understanding of how exercise can help maintain physical function, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and support a healthier, more active lifestyle throughout the lifespan.
