Putting forward a different opinion about the best care for a client
Asking for something important (like extra resources, time to participate in professional development, or even changes to working conditions)

This webinar will help you be ready in advance and equip you with skills and strategies to successfully plot a course through conversations like these at work and in the clinic.

Through completing this webinar, you will:
Gain an understanding of key elements that are common to many difficult conversations
Feel more confident to ‘dive into’ difficult conversations when you need to
Be prepared with a six-step process that you can use to navigate difficult conversations in various settings

Difficult conversations can feel daunting. But with the right skills, they can be tackled. Instead of falling into fight or flight, use proven skills in navigating difficult conversations to get things just right.
