Exercise Physiologist and Founder of Exercise Healthcare Australia (EHA). Mitchell and his team at EHA have been working to make exercise physiology services more accessible and beneficial to those who need them and are dedicated to improving to the lives of people with chronic disease and disabilities.  EHA was founded to bring elite level exercise services to people of all ages and abilities and believe that people with chronic disease, disability or frailty, along with elderly and paediatrics alike ought to be assessed with the same, if not greater level of care in order to achieve the best possible outcomes.
