Successful Grant Tenders: A How to Guide Webinar
This webinar will provide an in-depth summary of how to successfully win grant tenders and implement programs within the clinical space.
Using the Mullumbimby Comprehensive Medical Centre’s Exercise as Medicine Program as an example, Ben will discuss the following:
- An overview of the grant/tender application process
- Costings and important components of the program
- Program development
- Working with the populations recruited
- Tips and tricks for improving exercise compliance to a program
- Choice of clinical and functional fitness test
- Research and completing reports.
Presented by Ben Exton, AES, AEP, ASpS1, ASCA Level 2
Ben has been working as a strength and conditioning coach for 15 years in Australia and overseas in Tonga and the Pacific. He has been an AEP for 5 years. The last 5 years he has been working for Australian Taekwondo developing programs and leading research engagement in the clinical and sport performance space as well as in the clinical space. As well as this he works as an AEP and tutor/lecturer at Southern Cross University.
