Presented by Frances Orr

About me…  I joined the Strawberry Seed Team in March 2019 and proudly represent our Melbourne base as the sole team member here. With a blend of academic and hands-on HR experience, I bring a unique perspective to our work. My qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioural Science, Certificate IV in HR, Certificate in Recruitment, I’m an MHFA Instructor and most recently, I earned my credentials as a DISC profile facilitator.
What I love about my job… The best part of my job is the incredible diversity of people and industries I get to engage with. Each client brings a unique focus and set of challenges, ensuring that no two days are ever the same. Working closely with clients allows us to apply our expertise in ways that instil confidence and provide them with the assurance that they are on the right path.
When I’m not at work… Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of two high school boys, and I enjoy life in the northern suburbs of Melbourne with my husband, kids, and our beloved dog. I love watching a movie or binge-watching the latest series. Shopping is another passion of mine – I’m always on the hunt for a great bargain! Additionally, I have a love for baking and am always excited to try out new recipes.
